Mr. Sweatman is the Founder and CEO of PhilSweatman.com LLC, a strategic consulting and financial advisory firm that assists technology entrepreneurs in accelerating their growth and success. Sweatman’s depth of experience and participation in the creation of numerous leading edge technology markets makes him ideally suited to assist the entrepreneur as well as the private equity or venture capital fund in launching a new product or market, realizing a valuable liquidity event, completing an operational and/or financial turn-around, rolling up an existing industry, and creating shareholder value.

With PhilSweatman.com, Mr. Sweatman has provided outsourced CEO, COO and CFO services centered on strategic consulting and financial advisory services to venture-backed start-ups and later stage companies in the wireless, software, telecommunications and Internet sectors that seek funding or a liquidity event. Over a five year period, he has completed over $250 million in sale and financing transactions.

Prior to this Mr. Sweatman was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Triverity Corporation, a mobile wireless video/GPS/telemetry products company serving the motorsports, commercial trucking and public safety and security markets.  During his tenure, Mr. Sweatman expanded Triverity's specialty dealer base over 100-fold and its addressable markets from 200,000 to more than 700 million consumers worldwide, a 3,500% increase.  In addition, he recruited a world class management team and product development organization.
